A holiday benefit dinner for Haven Shelter in ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Falls is scheduled at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, in the Multipurpose Room of the Bennion Student Union at University Place, 1784 Science Center Drive, in ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Falls.

The benefit dinner is sponsored by the Associated Students of ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ–ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Falls and all proceeds will benefit the Haven Shelter.

The traditional holiday dinner has been donated by Chartwells. The program will include a silent auction and entertainment. Contributors throughout ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Falls have donated a variety of gift certificates and prizes.

Tickets are available at the Bennion Student Union Information Desk. Ticket prices are $10 for an individual, $15 for a couple, or $25 for a family of four. Call the Information Desk at (208) 282-7880 for more information.

The Haven Shelter provides emergency shelter, short-term transitional housing and supportive services to homeless families and single women. It also provides educational opportunities for its clients. For more information on the shelter, call (208) 523-6413.
