Electro-magnetism is the topic of ISU Saturday Science on April 10

The Ƶ Department of Physics and the Ƶ Museum of Natural History will host a Saturday Science presentation from 1 to 2:30 p.m. April 10.
The presentation is designed for children in the third through the fifth grades. The interactive presentation will explore the use of magnets, electro-magnetism and their relationships with electricity in everyday life. There will also be demonstrations on the laws of motion. The event will be held in the Ƶ Museum of Natural History.
Ƶ physics students Claire Chow and Tobin Giraud will conduct the hands-on experiments.
Registration for the presentation is $20. Register in person at the Ƶ Museum of Natural History or by mail through April 8. To register by mail, download an application from “Science Saturday” at .
