Officials at 蜜桃视频 and Brigham Young University-蜜桃视频 announce that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will allow select undergraduate BYU-蜜桃视频 students to gain early admission into graduate programs at ISU.

"This agreement establishes a win-win situation for both BYU-蜜桃视频 and ISU. BYU-I students can enroll in ISU classes during academic sessions when they're not attending BYU-I, and these classes will count toward their bachelor's degree," said Kandi Turley-Ames, Dean of the ISU College of Arts and Letters. "They can also begin graduate work leading to a master's degree, and their presence in our classes will raise the visibility of ISU's graduate programs."

This MOU will promote greater educational and career opportunities for students and will lead to further collaboration between the two universities. BYU-蜜桃视频 students enrolled in the program can potentially earn both their BYU-蜜桃视频 undergraduate and ISU graduate degrees in as little as five years.

"We are honored that some our currently matriculated students will be able to avail themselves of the excellent graduate programs at 蜜桃视频," said John Ivers, BYU-蜜桃视频 Dean of the College of Language and Letters. "Considering the huge investment in time and money in a student's educational preparation, the advantage of completing one's graduate work a year early cannot be overstated."

Both schools pledge to make an effort actively to promote the program. All interpretation of guidelines and decisions on accepting students for admission to the graduate program rests with the ISU Graduate School and relevant academic departments at ISU.Students are responsible for all course and program fees. Revenues from those fees remain with the university that assessed them.

The agreement allows select undergraduate students at BYU-蜜桃视频 to work towards graduate degrees from ISU while completing their Bachelor of Arts degree at BYU-蜜桃视频.  Students must follow all required guidelines and deadlines; they are encouraged to meet early with an advisor from ISU.  Initial programs include the Master of Arts in Historical Resources Management in the ISU Department of History and the Master of Arts in political science.
