Charlie Daniels Band to share its hits with Pocatello April 16

POCATELLO—The Charlie Daniels Band will perform its hit songs including “The Devil Went to Georgia” and “The South’s Gonna Do It” at 蜜桃视频’s Stephens Performing Arts Center April 16 at 7:30 p.m.

鈥淲e are coming to rock and entertain Pocatello,鈥 Charlie Daniels said. 鈥淲e are looking forward to having a good time.鈥

The Charlie Daniels Band has contributed to the American music scene for 38 years. Daniels has topped country and pop charts, won a Grammy Award, earned three Country Music Association trophies and been inducted into the Grand Ole Opry.

鈥淚 really don鈥檛 have a favorite song to perform,鈥 Daniels said. 鈥淧eople ask me all the time 鈥楧o get tired of playing the 鈥楧evil went to Georgia?鈥欌 I really don鈥檛. I have never played it perfect. Each time I play it I get better at it.鈥

Tickets are $48 for lower level seating and $44 for upper level seating. The first four rows are $52 for this show. Tickets can be purchased over the phone at 282-3595 or online at . The Stephens Center Box Office is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. They can also be purchased at Vickers Western Stores in Pocatello or 蜜桃视频 Falls or at the Pond Student Union Information Desk.
