Ƶ presidential applicant Ricardo Azziz withdraws


POCATELLO – Ƶ presidential finalist Ricardo Azziz, M.D., has withdrawn his application and the search will continue with the four remaining finalists.

The four remaining finalists are Robert Marley, Ph.D., provost and executive vice chancellor for academic affairs, Missouri University of Science and Technology; Kevin Satterlee, J.D., chief operating officer, vice president and special counsel, Boise State University; Charles “Chuck” Wight, Ph.D., president, Weber State University; and Laura Woodworth-Ney, Ph.D., executive vice president and provost, Ƶ.

Each finalist will visit campuses in Pocatello, Ƶ Falls and Meridian over two days to meet with faculty, staff, students, alumni and community members. Satterlee and Woodworth-Ney have completed these visits. Wight is scheduled to visit March 5-6 and Marley is scheduled to visit March 7-8.
