Jeff Meldrum joined the faculty of ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ in 1993 and was the longest-serving member of the Department of Biological Sciences.
Over the course of his career, he taught across the curriculum from evolution to gross anatomy. He also taught across the university, including classes in anthropology, for radiographic science, and for the PT/OT programs.
"He was a colleague and friend to many," said Janet Loxterman, professor and chair of the biological sciences department. "Jeff was a skilled anatomist and passionate about understanding human evolution. Most recently, Jeff was charged with developing and teaching in our introductory anatomy and physiology series, serving nearly 500 students each year."
