Showcase Your Department • Engage the Community • Celebrate Bengal Spirit

On Friday, September 19, we’re turning MLK Drive into a lively street fair filled with interactive booths, activities, food, giveaways, music, and more! This high-energy event is the grand finale of ISU Celebration Week and we’re going out in style with an unforgettable community-wide celebration from 4-7 p.m. All campus departments, units, student groups, and organizations are invited to participate in this exciting new event that brings our campus and community together!

Interested in Having a Booth?
Do you have something to offer the community? Hosting a booth is a great way to:

• Promote a service your unit offers
• Advertise upcoming performances or events
• Show off what your department does in an engaging or interactive way
• Hand out Bengal swag
  
  

Booth Details

• Booth area: approximately 10' x 10'
• Each space will include: 1 eight-foot table + 2 chairs
• You are responsible for:
• Any additional tables/chairs
• Canopy (weights only – no stakes please)
• Table coverings if desired
• Signage
• Power supply (if needed)

Note: Additional space may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate that you need more room on your registration form.
