POCATELLO – Naomi Velasquez, ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Department of Art professor and chair, has been named the 2018-19 ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Art Educator of the Year and the Higher Education Art Educator of the Year by the ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Art Education Association.
